So, if Tennesee is still in the Big6

and is riding on the coat tails of 98....
Then we are still a basketball elite rivaling Kentucky. We should be able to ride the coat tails of our 1994 national championship in basketball.

That championship season was also the inaugural season for Bud Walton Arena. The first ever televised basketball game in Bud Walton Arena was against Mizzou on 12-2.1993.
Mizzou would go 28-4 that Season. They would win the Big Eight with a conference record of 14-0. They would go on to be the #1 seed in the West in the NCAA Tournament and made it to the elite 8.
Arkansas won that game 120 - 68

Mostly because, even more than football, there is a clear Big 1 and we are all just in the backseat hitting each other with seatbelts.
