Not enough. They will be next year when Alabama goes 8-5.

Care to put a ban bet on that. Saban hasn't lost below 10 games since 2007 and yet you think that will happen next year with the talent that is coming back.

All that talent just lost to a 3rd string QB. Everybody thought it was HUNH teams that would be the end of Saban, turns out it will just be any team with good receivers and a QB with a pulse.

I assume you think your team would have won it all with "all that talent", because, assuredly your program and coach is superior. Right?

TommyM is an alter that got banned from the Bama board for being an all too obvious alter so don't pay her any mind.

Bama fans haven't gotten past the point of thinking they belong in the championship. Alabama still deserves to be in the National Championship Game Bama fans are pretty calm on here since the game, but on some other boards they are nuts.
You really are an idiot. This post was made by an LSU fan.

Most talented players, best recruiting classes yearly, highest paid coach, gets beat by a freshman last year, and a 3rd string Urban Meyer QB this year? Don't lettem fool ya, THEY MELTING
Yea, we are melting so what you

No pain no gain. No sorrow no joy. To paraphrase what a US hero once said, " far better to have tried and failed at the highest level, than to be an LSU corn dog who languishes in defeat and would love a just a chance at playing at the highest level"
It great to be from Alabama. RTR

The people melting are the ones who seriously believed Saban ran Meyer off from the SEC
That was always laughable

12-2. Sec Champ. Goodbye cruel world. If we don't win a MNC next year, I'm selling the house, donating the 401k to charity, and living off the grid somewhere in the NW.

We are good. Won 12 games, won the SEC, beat our rivals, recruiting headed to another top 3 class and excited about the potential of next years team.
How the hell are you sir?

I've had my feed filled with more hate Bama than ever after we lost.. Really funny.. Don't even mention the team they pull for..
As far as me, I'm fine.. If we had gotten blown out by Oregon to lose the Natty that would have been worse.. OSU played great and knew how to beat us.. I just tip my hat to them and I personally congratulated the Buckeye fans at work.

The whole SEC needs to answer the call
This is more than just about Bama
Our SEC's best teams used to win these big games
Huge stage SEC bowl loses last 2 years
Bama -vs- Ohio St.
LSU -vs- Notre Dame
Auburn -vs- Wisconsin
Bama -vs- Oklahoma
Auburn -vs- FSU
LSU -vs- Clemson
Florida -vs- Louisville
Those above SEC programs have been our studs during the run.
They won actual titles, so lets not act if they're now worthy all the sudden.
3-5 years ago, these games would've been blow out SEC wins or at least games where it obvious who's better. The SEC has lost it's biggest advantage over others, and that is the SEC advantage with superior line play over others. Especially with the DL play. Many top programs across the nation have fixed those past issues and now it's time for the SEC to answer the call......
These above loses aren't even counting the smacking the SEC East took at regular season end against the ACC. The SEC the last two seasons has not preformed like years past in premier OCC games. This could be the result of many things, but some programs narrowing the gap the SEC once enjoyed is one of those reasons. The SEC needs to grab the lunchbox and go to work. When you get punched in the mouth, you get back up and punch back. It's as simple as that.....
This is bigger than Bama and if our conference doesn't tighten up. It will effect how strong our SEC champion is at seasons end in the future. A strong SEC gives Bama the best chance to win titles if their fortunate enough to reach playoffs now. Same goes for anyoen else in the SEC because we should always want battle-tested SEC Champions. Our previous champions where made strong during a SEC gauntlet. That SEC gauntlet wasn't as strong as years past this season and it showed at years end. What the old saying? "Your only as strong as your weakest link" The SEC would do good to remember this.
SEC QB play
Gotta have elite QB play to win Nationals
SEC Defensive play
Gotta have elite defensive play to compete for Titles
The SEC had ether of these above this season
It showed it's ugly head at years end

Meyer has been using Saban and Bama as motivation for OSU the past 3 years. He wanted this game badly. He probably was not thrilled that he got the game with his 3rd string, but he had the young talent to get the job done
I'm interested to see if he has truly learned from UF and is able to build, and keep, his team elite for a decade. He is only 50 after all

Well it don't run my life but living in Alabama it's a big deal... No pro teams...
