Don’t know if/when that’ll happen, but OM has a damned fine baseball squad this year.

They kicked arse.

You’re acting like we’re a bunch of douchebags and just ignoring the subject of the thread, which was started by me, an Ole Miss fan

My prediction is Ole Miss goes undefeated through the season, regionals, and super regionals but the CWS is canceled because of a new strain of COVID.

It's February. There's a long way to go. Pace yourselves fellas. I understand that starting 3-0 against quality competition is exciting to you, but it's still just 3 games.

Best Ole Miss team I’ve seen since y’all’s 2005 team. Baseball is a game of who gets hot when but y’all definitely have a top 5 team and could make a deep run

Would losing in the finals in Omaha hurt worse? Asking because obviously I don’t know

I know a PERFECT team to ask. Arkansas, this man needs your help

On a more serious note, making it to Omaha and getting your feelings hurt is worth it. Something better to hang your hat on than getting blown out in regionals or supers. However, give me losing in the supers over what Arkansas went through. I would compare the pain they felt to Saints vs. Vikings in the playoffs and Arkansas is the Saints.

I really don’t understand why so many of you can’t read. What is this thread about? Read the OP out load if you have to.

Yep. We went 3-0 in a Texas tournament in 2016 I think. We ended up laying a huge egg that year

I see your WAOM and I raise you a foul ball.

Until that happens, you don't know the true extent of heart ripping despair in baseball.

True. Although from a talent perspective I wouldn't say Doug is our ace. Looks like Hoglund is starting to tap into that MLB potential. Doug ain't no scrub and is obviously the first weekend pitcher but Hoglund has far more raw ability
