No I don't blame him but he damn sure doesn't deserve to be given a pat on the back.

I'm not one that is giving him a pat on the back. I've just stated the obvious by saying I'm glad he immediately kicked them

Are you kidding me?

Don't take this the wrong way, but the world is full of high character people who are pieces of shite when no one is watching. You should read up on how some serial killers are average great guys to the people who knew them, but had no idea this shite they were capable of.

There are also people you think are pieces of shite, by their appearance or whatever, and turn out to be truly great people.

I wasn't refering to you but more the people who were calling fbum today. All joking aside Chiz had little choice considering the severity of what happened. I hate this shite cause these men have wasted so much potential. Im using the story to pick at my rival a little but the reality is extremely tragic.

Agreed. This is just a terrible situation for all involved.

Chizik had no choice but to kick them off immediately, as he is trying to prove to the NCAA that he runs a clean program and no one associated with AU has ever done anything illegal, since they are all associated with the bible and more saintly than the rest of us....................

Wait how can UGA, UT or UF fans even comment on this situation?

Not one UF fan commented on the booted players in this thread. Why you drag us into it?

Booting is the right thing to do. Good for Gene.

Haters continue to hate....Auburn fans continue to celebrate a BCS championship and another undefeated season.

To bad the criminals will do their time in the pen.

Glad that Coach GC banned them...F them- losers.

So after reading this thread, a few others and a couple of news articles on this whole thing, this is what I've gathered from AU fans and people close to these guys:

- These players were great guys that never did anything like this in high school

- Chizik had no idea these guys were gonna do anything like this, nor should he have

From that, I gather that these players were saints befor that got to the loveliest village on the plains and that apparently something in Auburn has influenced this behavior.

Yeah, I don't think you understand what "character" is.

What is with the story that Dyer's gun was the one used in this?

Also, will these guys "spill the beans" on what goes on with Auburn recruiting, if anything at all?

Thank goodness My Family loves me more that the Auburn family loves their rent a hero/players.

My Mom and Dad were there comforting me after I got tagged for that armed robbery and Daddy Chiznit throws em to the street before the ink is dry on the charges.

Complete fail. Armed robbery, and breaking and entering by not one, not two, not even three, but FOUR of your school's players?

That tops anything ever done by anyone at any other school.

Shoving a plunger into someone's puss is pretty bad. Just saying...
