I think you can put that # at 8. If we win less than 8, then some heat might be applied to the underside of his seat.
But with the schedule we have, even with the favorable home schedule, we could be 8-4 in the regular season and still be a much better team than we were last year. If we win 8 during the year and lose 4 by close margins, I think people will at least be happy to know that we're moving in the right direction. Obviously losses won't make anyone happy, but to see a team that is competing with our rivals, unlike last year, is what we want to see.
Now in 2013, if we win 7 or 8 with the team that we'll have, that's when the seat would get very hot. I don't think that will happen, but this year is another year of improvement getting them ready to take it to the next level in 2013 and beyond.
It's pretty amazing to think that 6 of the 7 teams in the SEC West have a real possiblity to be top 25 teams. Sorry Ole Miss, but I just don't see if for you.

I'll chalk this season up to a learning curve 2 new coordinators, new system ect.. but next year 10 wins or the seat becomes "warm"

I don't give a flying frick. Until the NCAA/SEC refunds all the money I spent on tickets for said games, those wins count in BradPitt's illustrious book.

Every time I start to feel sorry for them and think how good it'd be to have a competitive aubren team, I just go back and read what they spew out of the orifice they use to pleasure their boyfriends.
I'm just glad they have their own little brother sub-board to hide out and cry without bothering the rest of the SEC ranters.

You sir, have obviously never enjoyed a tremendously bad movie like Troll 2. It's not like they wanted that movie to suck, but it is just so poorly written, acted, and produced that you can't help but watch and laugh. (The star of the movie was an Auburn cheerleader and is now a dentist in Alexander City). The documentary about it "The Best Worst Movie Ever" was also really well done.

Why do you Bammers hate Chizik so much? Is it because he won a title his second year while Saban was there? Is it because he made Saban look like a total dumbass and come back after being down 24pts? Is it because he recruiting so well? 90% of AU posts are started by some Bammer. Enjoy your season - oh, your coach doesn't let anyone talk to the press - so you'll have to wait until Saturday. Is winning that miserable? Chizik will get it figured out or we'll fire him and get someone else. Don't cry about it. You can't erase our title - sorry. You choked - we won a title.
