So are we still talking about this non-story?

Aside from the fact that I didn’t even know who Brandon Miller was until yesterday afternoon, it seems to me that people are trying to create a story here where none exists. A star player from one of our second tier sports brought back someone else’s property after leaving it in the dude’s car. That’s essentially what happened. How was he supposed to know that the owner would then give that property to someone else to exert deadly force with it?

Seems to me we are getting too passionate about basketball on this forum. Ten years ago this wouldn’t be a blip on the radar.

No, Bana basketball players involved in the murder of an innocent girl isn't news.

You might have glossed over a detail or two.

Oh so you’re one of those Bama fans who thinks you’re edgy and cool for only liking football, and has to let everyone else know about it. How embarrassing

I know quite a few Bama fans and I know we joke about y’all fricking sisters and living in double wides, but damn 90% of you slap dicks are playing right into the stereotype.

The thing about stereotypes is that they usually exist for a reason... Holds true in this scenario, too.

A young person died, and it's tied to your players and program.

Most everything you said was egregiously wrong. You must be a gem of a fricking person to be associated with in life.

You know you don’t have to activate the spin machine every time someone donning the crimson A does something incredibly stupid and morally dubious. You could just call a spade a spade.

They can't; that's why the stereotype of gumps exists, and they reinforce it every time one of their thugs does thug things.

That's as spot on as it gets actually.

Conspiracy to commit premeditated murder was, in fact, a big deal in 2013.

For 13 years you Alabama fans have been posting about Scam Newton because you believe someone associated with Auburn paid him some money while he was in college. You never once referenced it as a non-story. Less than 24 hours ago it was made public that Alabama’s star basketball player was significantly involved in the murder of a young mother and you are here deflecting this as a non-story. You aren’t the least bit embarrassed about that?
