Uga and the fans have been so tolerante. I lived in n. Ga for quite some time and always would tell my uga buddies that he needed to go and to stop accepting mediocrity but then they would come outta nowhere and beat someone they weren't supposed to and richt would end up justifying their arguments. But at this point I don't know what else can be said. Even when he's good he's never great.

Dawg fans just need to know their place in the world of college football. It's not on top guys. They are a good program chasing the heels of greatness. Be happy dawg fans, that's as good as it's going to be for you guys.

I think it is time for a change. The fire this team had in Richts first years has gone and it is just sad to see. He did great things for us as a team but I believe it is time for a change for both him and UGA.

Understand these sentiments so very, very well.

This is the mentality that makes Alabama the most insufferable fanbase in sports. I would bet a significant amount of your fans truly believe each team has a "place" within the hierarchy that they are essentially entitled to, nothing more or less.

I hate to break it to you, but UGA, Alabama, LSU, Florida, and to an extent A&M have every bit the potential to win at the highest level. The inherent resources are equal, the rest depends on the coach. Alabama has separated itself from having the 2 greatest coaches of all time at the helm. It's not because "it's their place".

Why can't he kill it recruiting at THE state university of Texas?

They quit about 10 seconds into the Tenn game. When Chubb went down Richt shite his pants and hasn't stopped since. Shittenhoser was a terrible hire at the time, and he has only justified that this year. The only reason he was in the nfl for as long as he was is because of who his father is, and Jeff Fisher is the NFL version of Richt (too damn loyal for too damn long). The defense has been up and down, but how good are you supposed to be when the O goes three and out every drive.

For the same reason he wasn't welcomed by all booster at Texas. He did good recruiting the state of Florida while at Louisville . He should be able to kill recruiting at UGA or Miami.

Go ahead, fire Richt. See what happens.

Who the hell else are you going to get? Maybe when you get as shitty and set-back as a program as Tennessee then you'll appreciate what he's done for you.

This is the perfect job for Justin Fuente. He would wreck shite at Georgia. I still can't believe what he's done at Memphis.

I haven't been a Richt fan for a while.

I just think there is too much talent in that State to perform the way he has the last 10 years.

Bielema would kick arse as Georgia's coach if he could bring his coordinators and oline coach with him.

The talent in that State, wow.

Arkansas hasn't done that badly in recruiting. Methinks you might have a problem other than talent.

It seems that way. I've been a Richt supporter but the cries for him gone are so loud I'm just numb to it and waving the white flag. If it's gonna happen in the next year or two, frick it, just do it now and get it over with.

Auburn, Texas and Arkansas might have head coaches available after this season. Take your pick.
