OOC wins over top 25 opponents

SEC - 4
ACC - 1
B1G - 1
B12 - 1
PAC - 0

I may have missed one - but only one.

Lol 2003 Auburn gets thrashed by 2003 Oklahoma. Auburn is lucky they didn't have to play USC the next year because they couldn't score on USC at home the year before and the 04 USC was significantly better then the 03 team.

Any of the SEC "Big Six" could win the championship in any other conference.

But no other conference has 6 teams that could win the SEC.

When this standard is no longer applicable then the SEC is no longer premiere.

Should media and polls stop giving SEC teams a pass for playing weak schedules?

I mean our scheds have improved, but we can't use the SEC meat grinder excuse anymore.

I remember when we could point to an undefeated and KNOW that the team would have 2 losses in the SEC. Now I look at the top 3 teams in the SEC, and wonder how many losses they would have in the ACC, B10, or P12.

Guess I am just nostalgic for the SEC in it's prime. It was a badge of honor, even when LSU was bad.

LSU has been mediocre for 5 years now, and the SEC is as strong as ever. You're just butthurt your team sucks.

Drugs are bad dude. Besides Bama your claim of any of this mythical Big 6 is a joke. That is almost as funny as Kentucky football fans claiming they would win the Big 10.

Every team, goes thru what you guys are going thru

I was with you until here.

Even KY isn't as bad at developing QBs.

It's hard to remember the last time LSU recruited, signed, developed and started a QB that was half-way decent for a full season.

"Purple Drank" Russell maybe?

...and for a team with so much talent everywhere else?

No, not every team goes through what we're going through. Not every team has the offense brain trust of LSU.

We?? I admit nothing. The SEC is still the premier CFB conference. Best players, best coaches, best atmosphere, best fans. Simply the BEST!
Now git down on them knees and repent boy.

What the frick are you blabbering about? Where did any Kentucky fans say that? It's bad enough you have to clog our highways with your shitty drivers who don't know what the left lane is for, now you have to litter our sports boards with your ignorance too? Keep your arse on the north side of the river.

You do know there is life outside of that 56K dial up where you are just now finding out that Louisville hired Rick Pitino.

I noted yesterday that the Big XII only has three undefeated teams after two weeks. Much more parity between the conferences than we've seen in a while.

Sure, the other conferences are stepping up, but they still need to show me (rings). Ohio State is doing great things, so are Florida State and Clemson. If Bama wasn't in full blown dynasty mode, I could confidently predict a CFP champion outside the SEC.

I have been a staunch supporter of the SEC, irrespective of LSU'S performance.

You just don't like what I have to say, and this is your weak attempt to dismiss it without challenge.

It's literally what you're doing. You're just flatly stating something and expecting everyone to accept it, even when I'm giving you counter examples. I'm not dismissing anything you're saying... but that's LITERALLY what you're doing here. When the SEC went 7-5 in bowl season in 2014 everyone freaked out as well. O no! The 8-4 Tigers lost to Wisconsin! The conference is dead! Said no one when Auburn lost the Outback Bowl. Who cares? No conference is better than the SEC right now. The coaching is still there. The recruiting is still there. LSU still has a shitty QB and they are going to finish with 3 to 4 losses. Nothing has changed.

Which conference is better to you because of two weeks of games? The Big 12? The Pac 12? The ACC? The B1G? Which conference has looked amazing to you?
