Hmmmm...that's a good point. I had a meal from The Porterhouse in Philadelphia, MS last night that would give it a run for its money.

Made smoked pork bellies tonight with some cheesy rice and some cream spinach. Was a big hit

Pizza rustica with thinly sliced prosciutto, freshly sliced pepperoni and olives on a three cheese pizza with a Detroit style deep dish crust baked at 425 degrees for 20 minutes. Magnifico
