Old folks homes have always been cesspools for STDs to a degree that would make the dirtiest frat at Texas Tech blush. Last year pre-covid, a report came out on the subject of historic highs of STDs among elderly people.

It would be a shame if someone reported the girl that did that to her job/school. I agree - it's one thing to laugh about it with your friends, but to post it on Twitter (videos, multiple zoomed in pictures) isn't cool at all. The old horny goat should have known better to do that in public, but that's not justification for someone to put all of that out there for the world to see.
I'm not sure if what she did was actually legal - maybe if someone on here is an attorney they could answer if this would fall under "obstruction of privacy" for recording someone else's conversation and posting it online without either of the participating parties consent.
ETA - looks like she broke Mississippi state law § 41-29-531(e) as well as Federal law 18 U.S.C. § 2511(2)(d) by posting that.
