I am sure ESPN has asked the SEC before to drop some programs.

This “sec kicking out” talk is absolutely retarded. Anyone who thinks this is realistic has a low IQ

Mizzou won the East more times that Carolina, Kentucky, and Vandy combined already. Big thing though is Mizzou is just now finishing up vast facility improvements. Got a whole new South Endzone with football only weight rooms, dinning, recovery polls, ect. We got a new indoor football practice facility coming next year too. Our recruiting is getting a lot better with our new coach. It hasn’t been pretty, especially with the 2015 protest, but we are finally coming out of that dark cloud and the SEC has forced us to do better bc we have been getting our asses kicked ever since Pinkel announced his finally year

No. South Carolina and Missouri both have much of their state's markets...both are excellent schools with big followings, especially S.Carolina.

SEC had to take UT and OU.

Conference is stronger for it.

And, if SEC hadn’t taken those two, then another conference would have which might have made a Pac 14 or Big 10 plus 4 a contender for top conference.

Instead, the SEC reigns supreme. But, at 16 freaking teams.

At this juncture, the question must be asked…does S Carolina and Missouri actually add any value to the SECs TV contract? Dividing up that contract by 14 teams instead of 16 might make it worth considering dumping them. And, 14 teams just more manageable.

They were only added such that the additions of Arkansas and A&M would be balanced.

The times are a changing. Just don’t know if they are really additive.

LSU couldn't beat Missouri last year! How sad you want to get rid of a team that beat your team!

Should do it like the premier league.

Bottom of the standings you get tossed.

So Arkansas you're out

That loss last year to Mizzou really hurts you, and it makes me smile. Go cry to your Democrat Governor.

S Carolina - you were invited 30 years ago b/c the SEC needed an offset for Arkansas. What have you done over that time period except hire a couple of retread football coaches?

Missouri - you’ve contributed a liberal university agenda and Michael Sam. That’s all I’ve got. You should thank A&M daily for your good fortune.

Don’t think either are worth $75-80MM per year.

You both are takers.

If LSU didn't lose to Missouri maybe you would have a point!

At least those two teams have played in the SEC Championship. I could think of one expansion team who’s never really been close

I can see SC but Missouri added the STL and KC markets. You can't find a team that can replace those numbers.

First off nobody cares what you think. These stupid posts are old.

Secondly, you Texas and OU fans chiming in are extremely annoying. STFU and sit in the corner. Nobody cares what you think either.

That’s coming. Pay for performance.

Texas will get credit for SEC churn, A&M will cry about it while their palms turn green.

I say kick out TX And A&M! Already sick of their crap. They will take over all TD forums. All I do is lurk and it’s not enjoyable anymore.

Seriously. They need to get a room. Sadomasochism is not for the public to see.
