If this happens how do ya’ll think he’ll do? Also aggy needs to improve their defense, who’s the favorite for DC?

Only seniors can transfer without sitting a year, so he probably isn’t going anywhere.

You mean someone would choose to live in College Station?
Like... willingly?

For the DC question, we are stealing USCe' DC.

Wouldn't be surprised if he tries to poach our boy Kevin Steele. One thing I hope Gus does is demand the AD back the Brink's truck up to Kevin's door. He's not going to get any serious HC offers at Power 5 schools... too old, and his record at Baylor was horrible... but he's the best DC in the nation right now. Auburn needs to match any offer anyone makes.

I remember when Kevin Steele was the worst DC in the nation just a couple of short years ago according to this board.
Amazing how quickly perception can change on a coach.

I'm hearing UCF's DC Erik Chinander to Texas A&M as DC.
I know nothing about him though.

He held USF to 42, so there's that.

The one that shut Auburn down for 3/4 of the game.

That's actually not true. Seniors are the ones that can transfer no questions asked. Younger players can file an appeal with the NCAA and if they can prove that Ole Miss mislead them into a signing by downplaying coming sanctions then they can be granted outright releases.

Would be a good month for A&M. Get Jimbo, who should do well there. And if they can get Patterson, kid can put up some big numbers.
