Good point, but being that this does not extend beyond international borders, are you certain that a WTO treaty is legally binding in this case?

I agree with this.
I was leading against lew then the voting method was changed and I ended up losing to Lew.

I can understand the frustration with the voting method being changed, however, it had become patently obvious that there was interference in the voting process by foreign entities and measure had to be taken to ensure the accuracy of the results. While it was unfortunate this time around, there is some discussion that SEC Rant issued ID's may be required to vote the next time something like this comes up in order to prevent voter fraud by a bunch of illegals coming in to vote free hand-outs for themselves.
