SECRant Football Power Rankings Guest Vote: Week 5

UGA and A&M survived, SC choked, and the battle for last in the conference was won (or lost) by Vandy...just a typical week in the SEC
If you want to contribute to this week's Football Power Rankings, submit your 1-14 ranking of the SEC teams here or email it to me (email is in my profile). We will randomly pick 2 rankings out of all the reasonable ones submitted. Voting closes Monday, and the winners will be announced in the Football Power Rankings thread on Tuesday.

We aren't going to tie your hands with a "formula" but we encourage you to use some of the following: the past week's results, team momentum/trend, conference record, rankings (SOS, AP, Coaches, College Playoff Selection Committee Poll (whatever they decide it call it), etc), team stats, OOC record, overall record, eye-test. We trust that you're able to form your own combo of these elements without our guidance, but we would like you to emphasize what a team has most recently accomplished.

Okay, gonna take a shot at this. Yes I know South Carolina beat Georgia, but they're trending down. The whole east is difficult. Will include a blurb for my own team.
By the way, I did not intend to rank the entire west above the east, but after giving it some thought, it's probably legit.

Auburn - Who would have thought that our defense would be the most consistent side of the ball thus far? With key injuries at linebacker last week though, the backups may need to step up quickly with LSU coming to town. The offense looks a bit out of sync on the O-line and at the H-back position, but it took some time to really get rolling last year too.
