What people are ignoring or just don't realize is that most of these transfers couldn't hack it at their prospective schools.

Look, hoss. A highly depleted LSU team with a lame duck coach and first game starter at QB damn near took you down. You will absolutely be in our rear view next year. Book it.
You got a lot of faith in yankees and cast offs. Y'all worry about getting to .500, we'll keep the trophy and the womenz

Nah, I can see LSU getting to 7 wins
FSU - Toss

I'm no LSU fan or defender, but this is just fricking dumb even if it's an attempt at trolling.
Plus you picked the handle "aTm boy" out of anything else you possibly could've come up with

Meh...Bama is the king of the SEC. Its nice UGA finally got the 1980 monkey off their back but it took a Bama missing key players in a "do-over". That doesn't equate to UGA now being in the same realm as Bama.
The transfer portal is changing the landscape of football. I don't think many powerhouses will continue to stockpile talent that sticks around for years with little to no playing time. Kids will sit maybe a year or two and then leave.
Where a top recruiting class used to be a contender in 3 or 4 years, now classes will look very different by that time. When a kid isn't getting playing time in his 2nd year, he'll leave during the season. While its great to be at Bama (for instance) its better to be at Ole Miss if it means more playing time. Field-time gets you to the NFL...not NIL $$$. A&M will be hit harder than anybody this coming season and next. Stockpiling talent won't serve them as well as they think.

Some?. Whats your idea on why the others are transferring?
The ones transferring out of A&M couldn't break the 2-deep, minus Calzada. What are your thoughts on his talent?
LSU hasn't taken a single transfer who couldn't hack it at their previous school. They were all starters or significant contributors.

LOL. No. Much to your chagrin, UGA will get to play Alabama again if they make it to the title game.
Nobody said different gump. God forbid we talk about our teams and how they will fare next year

So why take QB Johnson from LSU, thinking with your mindset?

You are overestimating BK and his transfers.

The battle for 2nd place should be. Alabama will be the death star next year.

Our OL was much improved this year. Forgot the BR native went home.
Ok so when your coaches leave it was because they did a great job and wanted to go somewhere for a good reason but when
1. Lebby leaves for his alma mater with a defensive head coach that will spring board him to a head coaching job, 2. Kevin smith going home 3. Durkin going to the best defense money can buy.
It’s because ole miss is a lesser program than Arkansas? You’re hilarious. No one wants briles because he is a scum bag who covered up massive amounts of sexual assault. Arkansas offered LK and he said no, ya remember that? Damn I thought rebel ac was a lazy troll

LOL
Explain why you believe that multiple 4*'s and 5*'s will stay at A&M and not see the field for 3 or 4 years when they could leave and play right away? Trust me, no university is paying NIL $$$ that exceeds what they can make in the NFL. For that, you need playing time.
Are you watching the portal? Do you see all these kids that were already playing, still leaving schools to go elsewhere? Imagine the kids that are riding the bench? More kids stayed at their initial school because they didn't want to transfer and sit out a year. The portal changed that.
If you were a talented 4* player, would you sit the bench for 3 years? Even 2 years? Of course not, you would enter the portal and go be an impact player somewhere else. I referenced A&M because they have an abundance of talent. The more stockpiled talent, the more players will be trasnferring out.
Believe me, a lot of those kids think they will be starting. They think there's a lot of competition but that they will win the job. However, when they don't, they will leave. That's with every school, you're witnessing it in the portal now. Dead is the time of players sitting behind other players and waiting their turn. That's over with! Coaches will have a slim margin of error for judging talent. They'll put who they perceive to be their best starters on the field and others who think they're better OR simply don't want to wait will leave. It will be awfully difficult for teams to stockpile talent moving forward. Where it'll show most is when the powerhouse schools have injuries, there will be a significant drop-off unlike before.
