You seem to forget we scored a TD after the missed kick...give them the 3 points, UF still wins by 5.

It doesn't work that way.

If KY makes that kick, they win.

Miami is not good.

Easy now. They’re HOT.

Two weeks ago they crushed Bethune Cookman and this week they won a really tough slugfest against Central Michigan (17-12).

Yugely impressive wins there.

I understand everyone is beating their own drums here, but to compare Miami and Texas at this point is just retarded.

How is Tennessee once in a lifetime bad if they’re like this every year?

Also, where did Paul get his SOS rankings from?

I see it as Auburn #2, LSU #11, UF #22 for SOS

Auburn @ Florida is going to be a good one. I think Auburn is a little better, but I think Florida could win. Homefield will help, plus Florida has a cupcake this week while Auburn has State.

I think both ultimately lose to LSU despite the graphic in the OP (in which Auburn currently looks the best). LSU's D will come around to what we expected, and the O is just too explosive for the QBs at Florida and Auburn to keep up with. Plus to be honest, the schedules work in LSU's favor. Florida will be in a dog fight with Auburn the week before coming to Baton Rouge while LSU has Utah State. And well Auburn in Baton Rouge... enough said.

It doesn't show up on ESPNs FPI page - only remaining SOS does - as you clearly found since you had to go to a non-ESPN website to find it. So not an innocent mistake, a choice made on not having any idea where the data came from.

Not sure why it matters though as it's baked into the Strength of Record number.

Anybody who's actually watched Florida play is terribly unimpressed with them. Seriously, the spread against UGA will probably be at least 2 TDs, and I'd bet on UGA to cover.

Did you start watching Football this year? He missed the kick with 58 seconds on the clock...UF scored in 2 plays after getting the ball back, taking all of 10 seconds.

Math is hard in Mississippi, isn't it.

Florida is 12 in FPI and 8 in SP+. However, I think both of those rankings are too high. Sometimes, the eye test is the best way to judge a team, and UF does not pass the eye test at all.

Based on the eye test, I think Florida is currently a borderline top 25 team. They were a borderline top 40 team before the Tennessee game.

This was true last year and somehow they beat LSU. They will be a tough out.

How is Miami #29 in SP+? That probably has as much to do with UF's overrating as anything.

Not worried about SOS
Just like early season baseball, it doesn't matter.
LSU has plenty of games that will bump it up higher than both Fla and Auburn
