Not to mention, if he wants to run us down for our historical record against UCLA, then let's compare our historical record vs LSU.

Interesting, since Alabama had to forfeit about 20 games early this decade, I wonder if those wins are counted (doubtful) and if they were what Alabama's % would be?

LSU fan dream OOC schedule is all 4 games against instate schools all in Tiger Stadium at night.

LSU fans actually complain about the shitty matchups. Unfortunately, they keep scheduling the top OOC game at neutral sites. No one wants to buy season tickets and have 1-2 decent games. Bama and Georgia alums have had the same complaints at times.

They refuse to schedule 2 P5 OOC for some reason.

I assume this chart includes bowl games and playoff games.

That doesn't explain why y'all refuse to schedule 2 P5 OOC for some reason.

Probably because LSU already has to play a top 10 schedule every year, being in the SEC West. Plus for years, before recently, Florida was considered a tough opponent.

Doesn't stop other SEC programs.

How many seasons have other teams played two tough OOC Power 5 teams? It doesn’t happen often. I know in 2011 LSU beat Oregon and West Virginia (when they were both good), that schedule was nuts.

We just did it, both FSU and Utah finished top 10.

Yep, and that’s a rarity. Look at Georgia’s schedule next season, the system discourages teams from playing too tough of a schedule.

LSU typically plays a good P5 team, two decent G5 teams and then an FCS team.
In the past 20 years, LSU has played Wisconsin twice (Superdome and Lambeau), at Texas, FSU, UNC, Washington (home and home), at UCLA, at AZ State, Arizona (home and home), Oregon State, Virginia Tech, Oregon, West Virginia (home and home), TCU, Syracuse (home and home), and I’m probably missing a few others.
Pretty good matchups. But I’d like to see us play more than just one P5 team in a season again, and we’ll get that in 2024 when we play both USC and UCLA. I think it’s been since 2011 since the last time we did that
