With it being named the "MacArthur Award" I'd have expected the service acadamies to sweep. My guess is they aren't eligible. On an individual basis I know and like many USMA graduates just fine (which, in fairness, Texans also say about Aggies). But the USMA fraternity I have a few issues with.
I've never heard of this award but if the service academies aren't eligible then A&M should win every year, no excuses.
Congrats to UGA, though. I had no idea they had a good ROTC program.

I think they did until the other schools in the southwest region bitched and moaned that we had an unfair advantage...hence A&M is only allowed to compete with the other SMCs.
