Chad Morris is reason number one. Very big reason.
Reason number two is Bielema. Maybe not totally his fault because our roster was a total rebuild playing in the SEC. Recipe for disaster.

It wasn't a total rebuild as Petrino left him enough talent to work with.
He was a terrible gameday coach. Had a 24-7 lead against Rutgers and lost. Had a late fourth quarter lead against State and lost. Had a 24-7 lead against LSU and lost. He was the worst fourth quarter coach in America during his time at Arkansas.

Most of Petrino’s good recruits were already graduated when Bielema first arrived.

I really thought Bert was going to do well at arKansas. He’s certainly done better than expected at illinois.
