Vanderbilt
To be clear, Vandy has more $$$ than most all of the schools listed above them. They just choose to not blow it on entitled 18 year olds. Turns out, it may not be such a bad plan?

Arkansas is #1 in basketball and at worst top 2 in baseball if not #1. Good try though.

If money is the prerequisite, Vandy has a 12 billion dollar endowment which is a reflection of a wealthy donor class. Does Missouri have a 12 billion dollar endowment?

You are 100% correct, but y'all have made it very clear football is not your priority and your money will go elsewhere (which is honestly a sign of Vandy's intelligence).

Yes. As long as Kiffin stays there, they have a good case. But it's the poorest state in the nation and long term I don't think the money is there to stay competitive in the NIL era.

This tells me you don’t know anything about Ole Miss.

I'm willing to be educated. No disrespect to Ole Miss as a program at all. Just my take on the landscape moving forward!

Pretty much any SEC or B1G team has the money to be competitive. How they choose to spend it is a different matter.

Another idiot Mizzery fan. Arkansas is top 3 in basketball NIL. In football, Arkansas is probably top 20, with potential to be higher. Word is, Tyson is willing to pony up for football as well, once Pittman’s gone.

We have 5,000 people in our top-10 rated collective and are on track to win 40 games over the last four years while having a legitimate shot at a championship this season. Saying Ole Miss can’t compete in the NIL era is straight up false

You know what? Your educated response about the NIL collective made me curious, and you are 100% correct. I was wrong! Updated the OP to include Ole Miss with contenders.

The rest of y'all are frauds.

Here’s the Cliff notes for you- Miss may be a poor state but the alumni of Ole Miss sure are not, and unlike the pointy headed dorks at Vandy they prefer to throw their excess millions at 18-22 year old kids in hopes of sec fb glory rather than donating to the stuffy academic side.

Don’t kid yourself about these schools not having money.
Some may spend it on other programs like basketball:
Vandy has plenty of money but the administrators hate football doesn’t fit their leftist ideology.
If Vandy built a brand new 50k seat stadium the fans would show up.
The fans don’t come because they are embarrassed.
But the basketball arena is really nice

You have to overlook anything from a Mizzou fan. With an all time winning record slightly above .500 they simply don’t know how to act. Pretty pathetic actually

They haven't won their conference since Dan Devine was their coach, but they act like they are some sort of power.

In education, yes. In sports, not so much.

Apparently basketball and baseball are the focus for donors because there is a realistic chance of winning championships.

We love football but realistically our chances are minute, like most other programs, of being a big dog with how the landscape is in football and our history.

Many fans will move on to other sports and football will be left to the select few as far as championships are concerned.

Just ask ourselves, with nil in place, who we think will win it all this year even with 12 team playoff. Same ole shite every year.

And when the TCUs of the world slip in they get slaughtered. Good times…
