Which other SEC schools besides your alma mater do you think you would have enjoyed attending during your undergrad years and why? I am a 2006 Bama alum but probably would have really enjoyed UGA and LSU. Those have been my favorite road trips. The people seemed really cool. Both campuses were beautiful as well.

UGA. Family and friends went there, and grew up a leghumper fan. That would be about it.

Probably OM...close trip home, close to casinos and plenty of women

i applied to alabama but i couldn't go there because of the football program
i went with my sisters on a visit to UK and i really liked it and despite them being in the East it wouldn't be too hard to root for UGA and then watch UK bball.
but my choice is Vandy. Amazing campus, nashville, and when i graduate you all could work for me

Bama or UGA. I could never go to Ark or Miss St. because they are in boring towns.

I graduated from State, but would have had no problems going to any of these schools.
Florida
LSU
Ole Miss
Georgia

What made you decide to go there? I thought LSU's Grad School of Banking was one of the best in the country.

UGA, UF or UT are the only other schools I would go to.

Uga...grew up in georgia. Always hated them, but Athens is a great town.
Tennessee...bunch of family in Chattanooga and Nashville that are vol fans. Never really had a problem with them.
Vandy...why wouldn't you go to vandy if you could?
Ole miss...a lot like auburn IMO

I honestly didn't apply to any other school. Just grew up an AU fan. Georgia would have been cool because I know a shite ton of people that went/go there....and I've heard nothing but good things about Florida and LSU. I'd say any of those three.

I seriously considered LSU.

Ole Miss. IMO Ole Miss and LSU are alot alike besides sports program. Actually almost went there due to grades (fricked around in high school).

This must have been awful for you. Hard to believe someone with a masters is obsessed with nicknames though

In what ways??? Ole Miss and LSU couldn't be any more different. Baton Rouge is a large metropolitan city while Oxford is a small college town. LSU's campus is a lot larger than Ole Miss'
The people at both schools are very different as well.
