I would put Auburn over Knoxville and Gainesville

Piss balloons
Classy as frick
LSU guys are cool once you get to know some of them. They are the best partiers. The bar I ran in Auburn, the LSU games were the best money makers for the bar and the bar tenders.

don't get me wrong, i like lsuers here and i know one or two who it isn't always awful to be around them. really other than a couple bad apples i know, and they are bad, i have no issues.
but whenever i encounter that fan base, lsu vs uga 2003 sec title, lsu vs uga 2004 athens, and even this year with unc vs lsu (did not have a dawg in the fight, yea pun intended) and they are just awful. i did wear a uga shirt to that game just to get a rise out of the tiger faithful and boy did i. the unc fans laughed and didn't care, lsu fans acted as if i had just decapitated mike. just never once had or heard about a good experience with lsu.
still, my bucket list has death valley for a uga game at #1

Tuscaloosa shits on Oxford and Knoxville
I wouldn't go THAT far, but Tuscaloosa is a lot better/nicer than it's given credit for. The problem with Ttown is all the really nice areas are across the river in areas that the average rival SEC fan never sees and a below average neighborhood sits just southwest of BDS. The city as a whole though has improved dramatically in the last 10 years. The new ampitheater and all the stuff going on downtown is great though. I kinda wish UA would be a new basketball or baseball stadium downtown near the river.

Athens should win this easily, followed by Oxford...

Knoxville should not be on this list. If you're gonna call Knoxville a college town, then so are Lexington and Columbia and both blow Knoxville away. Athens should win this hands down.

I really like Lexington, but more for Keeneland than anything else...

Sounds like "I took food away from a pit-bull and I'm surprised it bit me"
Instigator...

Only trashy people own pit bulls. They are scum and so are their owners...

Dude why would you take food away from your pit? If you need some lunch money to eat, I can make a donation.

Why is Gainesville even mentioned? That place is about as cool as jorts.

That's what I was wondering...
I've also heard bad things about Knoxville...

Keeneland is where it's at. Downtown is nice, too. Tons of bars of all types, and some awesome restaurants as well.

It is cool, but Keeneland is what sells me on Lexington...

Oh I agree. Keeneland is the best non-UK related attraction in Lexington by far.

Sorry to hear that LSU fans get mixed reviews. Some people ive talked to say we have great hospitality while others say similar things that you have said. It really is a good college town and you should definitely make a game in Death Valley.. its ridiculous. I took a trip to Athens and had a great time..Athens is the shite
