I hear Peyton knows how to kill a snitch....not saying he has....not saying he hasn't.....just saying.

Lately? It would have to be Tebow & Ingram- although I can't really say I "hated" either. I just rooted against them when they played us.

Both are great guys who I sincerely hope will succeed at the next level. You can't have enough like them in the NFL, as good character guys sadly seem to be at a premium lately.

Ingram- dreaded the name when we played Bama. Couldn't be more pleased now that he is a SAINT!!!!

Going back a ways- I'd have to say Emmitt Smith.

Gotta be Ingram now since he's a Who Dat! Reggie Bush comes to mind as well....

100% agree.

Glad Reggie's gone. Sproles is going to be infinitely better anyway.

I wasn't sure if I'd have the capacity to like Ingram & Bush simultaneously.

Also agree about Tebow.

The obvious is that he's a gump.

Aside from that, I genuinely feel he has always been vastly overrated. Should not have won a Heisman. At least against Auburn, he was never impressive.

George Teague.

When he snot-fricked Terrell Owens, he became my hero.

Well, if you listen to sports talk radio, the best reason anyone could seem to come up with was that his dad is in prison.

He was one of those guys who ABSOLUTELY lived up to EVERY EXPECTATION (and then some ) that people had for him since Jr High School.
He was a natural who ALWAYS left his blood and soul on the field. Best RB I've ever seen, for sure.

Peyton Manning

and Eli even more so

It has probably worn off some but the Manning hype was nearly as bad as the Tebow hype when Eli was playing.

If you watched SEC football you saw Archie with those damn headphones on week after week after week.

As a kid I loved Archie as the Saints quarterback but I hated how CBS & ESPN would miss plays and chances for replays showing Archie and Olivia sitting there at Eli's games. I don't know any other college quarterback's mothers name & shouldn't know Eli's.

A few players told me they have no concerns about the change at OC, because they are staying in house and will not change anything. They all laugh at the thought that Studrawa is just going to run the ball. One OL starter said that they want people to "Keep thinking we're just gonna run. That's what A&M did. And we killed them in the air."
