Make your argument about money... throw a real conspiracy theory. Connect some dots and name some names... Please don't site physical proximity as a legitimate argument.

If you do place proximity as your argument, you had better really think about how that makes sense.

Birmingham is located centrally in the SEC, is the heart of college football (more college football fans per capita than anywhere), and Auburn and Alabama are the cash cows of the SEC, the 2 most important teams to the conference. Not happening.

Auburn the cash cow of the sec?
Haha

According to forbes bama and lsu are the most valuable programs in the sec.
-You want to talk BCS games which brought the conference money, LSU and Florida carried the sec in the mid 2000s.
-Want to talk national championships(importance), you are 4th in the sec in BCS championships behind bama lsu and Florida. And before you say you played for another so did lsu

Welcome to the SEC! The Gumps and Barners will always say that facts are a conspiracy. However, Nothing will ever ever ever change this situation.

I guess all those UF, LSU, & UT championships were allowed just to throw people off the scent, huh?

Come on, others have to win once in a while for the illusion of impartiality to be maintained.

I'm in favor of moving the office but if you can break up the Alabama stranglehold on key mid level positions and ensure the SEC office hires from ALL the schools within the conference, I wouldn't have a problem with it remaining in Birmingham...

I also think we need more officials, preferably from OUTSIDE the region.

Auburn recovered the fumble. Refs missed the call. Ags were fortunate. Now Stfu and be grateful.

I don't believe in an organized effort to benefit Aabama or any other team who happens to be going through a dominant phase like when Florida was winning big each year. But, if Alabama or whoever is getting the benefit of the doubt with calls, they have earned it. The winningest teams in all sports, have always gotten more calls, the Yankees, the Cowboys, the Bulls when Michael Jordan was there, Duke basketball, etc. when Glavine and Maddux were dealing for the Braves all of baseball would complain about there strike zone being bigger than others. I am nt even saying it is right, but it has been going on since sports began.

There was no way they could have given the ball the Auburn. It was a loose ball that A&M came out of the pile with. If the would have reversed it, it would have a been proof that the fix was in.

Yep, the fumble recovery at the goal line was proof enough to me. Move the offices.

Artis Payne has to hold on to that ball under the pile. How big a pussy is he? Don't put that in the refs hands. He couldn't get it done.

Fix my arse. That is a stupid as shite statement.

Refs missed the call. I'm ok with no reversal, wasn't enough evidence to overturn.

Nashville does make some sense though, pretty centrally located and not as over crowded as ATL already is. Every time we stop at the Cracker Barrel in Murfreesboro's there's usually an officiating crew eating there.
