May be best for Kentucky to avoid practice so they aren’t gassed if they make it a few rounds. They have potential to play well

If we lose today, it’s not going to be because they didn’t practice in Bridgestone.

Tickets are going for $8 online. UK being a 9 seed is going to keep nashville empty

Which 3 darkhorse teams could cut down the nets in Nashville?
quote:
It’s the middle of March, and that can only mean one thing: the SEC Tournament has arrived at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville.
On paper, it would be foolish to pick against the red-hot Florida Gators. Todd Golden’s squad overcame a slow (ish) start and spent the winter looking like a juggernaut, the reigning national champions who seem intent on a repeat. Then you have the challengers, the 3 teams that also earned double-byes — John Calipari has his Arkansas Razorbacks playing like they’re ready for another March run, Alabama remains an offensive machine and Vanderbilt has made its home city proud by earning a coveted double-bye.
But if you’ve watched a single Saturday of SEC basketball this season, you know that “on paper” is usually where logic goes to die. This league is a wood-chipper. It’s a conference where a team can drop 100 points on Tuesday and go cold from the perimeter on Saturday. While the top 4 seeds have the luxury of resting until Friday, history tells us that a hungry team with momentum is often more dangerous than a rested team with rust.

I took UK at -7.5. Throw it down on those fake Tigah's!

UK has 31 conference tournament titles
All other schools 33 combined
Unfun fact Arkansas has only 1
uK beats LSU

This will not stop the chest thumping... never understood it.. any team can have a couple of really good years.. in a whole history... yeah you dominated a lesser conference... Alabama is the Proper #2 to Kentucky.. of course it's FL at #2 now just because of what they accomplish when they are good. Bama has overall had the better teams in the SEC historically than ALL but UK.

Leave no doubt Kentucky. Start fast and step on the gas.

Odds to win SEC Tournament
Florida -180
Arkansas +700
Alabama +700
Tennessee +850
Vanderbilt +1800
Kentucky +3500
Texas A&M +5500
Georgia +5500
Missouri +8000
Texas +10000
Auburn +12500
Oklahoma +30000
LSU +30000
Mississippi State +30000
Ole Miss +30000
South Carolina's odds are "Why are you even betting on them?"
But then you include LSU, so no way that's the issue.

I don't know if we've moved up to a 3 seed, but if so that would be great. All of the 1 seeds feel a step above everyone else; I'd rather have a shot at them in the regional final than in the Sweet 16.
Not that Michigan State is some easy out, but at least they have a headscratcher of a loss as well (Minnesota) and a blowout to Wisconsin, so I can see at least some avenues of attack against them.

You're bolder than I am betting on Kentucky at this point.

I have no doubt this will be a one possession game at the end.
