The idea of Oklahoma calling someone soft.

That's peak message boarding.

True. But at least most of the SEC stadiums don't look like high school stadiums on steroids.

Must hurt to get spanked by a soft conference every year.

So you think the ACC is better than the Big 12? As much as this board hates Texas, them and Oklahoma alone make for a better conference than the ACC. It's just Clemson and everyone else... the next best team in that conference is still probably a 3+ TD underdog.

ACC plays a more physical brand of football than the Big 12 yes. Pitt and BC are old school run the ball up the middle hit you in the mouth teams . As talented as the Big 12 probably not.

If the next best team in ACC is three TD underdog where does that put you 5

Oklahoma just does not tackle. Watch 1/2 half and you will see how sickening it is. They are ice cream soft on defense

Big 12 is the ACC minus a great team.

The Houston RB was averaging 10 YPC in the 4Q. That is the definition of soft. You guys will never learn.

Oklahoma and little brother horn are the very definition of SOFT. You can say nothing when you play the likes of Kansas, ISU, etc ... Then try to build them up that you are playing decent teams

They don't even qualify for that status

10 freakin YPC in the 4th? Yikes

I really don’t know if OU works on tackling in practice. I mean it’s horrible

Give Les two years. Kansas probably won’t be good, but they won’t be soft either.

They’ll start pulling the occasional upset of OU and Texas. Beating Big Game Bob is what got Les the LSU job in the first place.

Where would you like to play at? What temperature would you like to play in? Would you like the conference schedule reduced to 6 games vs Sec foes and 6 vs fbs opponents? Whatever we can do to make it easier for your coaches.

Tell me again when OU has won their last natty?

OU played 26 defensive players in this game. They did the same the following game. Pretty much in the second half, they were cycling every defensive player on the roster in and out to take a look at them. Freshmen, backups, etc.

just sayin

But in general, you are dead on the past several years. I think people will see a different product out there shortly.

2-0 KSU plays 2-0 State this weekend

Other B12 schools in action

vs ACC > Kansas @ Boston College
vs ACC > NC State @ West Virginia
vs B1G > 2-0 Iowa (#19) @ 1-0 Iowa State
vs B1G > TCU @ Purdue
vs PAC > 2-0 Oklahoma (#5) @ UCLA
vs PAC > 2-0 Texas Tech @ 1-1 Arizona

Should have some better perspectives after Week 3

It doesn’t matter who plays who.... don’t bitch and moan when you are not getting prime time games. We had several 11am kick offs the last few years also and while it sucks it’s just part of it. It’s just as bad to play in Texas and Oklahoma in August as it is anywhere. For all the championships he has won.... he sure does bItch a lot when things don’t go his way.

My post was not about kickoff times, but was about many games this weekend to clear up the ACC and B12 secondary team discussion.
