What happened? Why didn’t they vote LSU out?
Regardless, the meeting happened. A lawsuit to stop LSU from blocking the meeting is moot.

LSU President would be very wise to have a meeting with Sankey and shut this whole thing down.
This is a Lawyer's dream scenario but being at odds with the conference office is not a good position to be in.

I don't think the SEC or most of the posters on this board are intelligent enough to understand that LSU was not a party to this suit.

The SEC sued LSU, et al, because they thought they might break rules, which they didn’t. Yet, the SEC didn’t non-suit their lawsuit which, at this point, is both stale and moot. LSU moving to dismiss is SOP in a litigation that has no way of moving in a forward direction.
