When’s the last big P5 ranked opponent y’all have played in the non conference?

It’s not likely either team had a lot of options

Got to love how OU is spinning replacing UGA with SMU as a top notch opponent.

Keeping up with their murderers row of non conference.

Next year is

Arkansas St
SMU
@ Tulsa

I wonder if they can handle that before the gauntlet of the B12?

College football schedules are made years and sometimes decades ahead of time. There is a handful of schools that have an open slot in 2023, so your choices are very limited.

Well isn't that ironic, the SEC backs out of two games with OU and now we have morons trolling the OOC schedule. I thought they were lucky to find SMU, and once again NOT have an FCS school on the schedule.

The Georgia way is to back out of a home and home and suggest the game gets moved to Atlanta as a “neutral” sight. They just did this with Oregon

Are you serious? It was the SEC who decided to cancel not OU.

So then OU finds SMU which since all teams schedule more than a decade out was only good team.

Then Georgia schedules a popcorn state and you try to spin this against OU

Most posters here understand this was not on OU it was SEC canceling games leaving OU to scramble. I won’t lump the other posters in the same spin category as your attempt.

Do better

Why are these threads still around?

A home and home was agreed to.
The games were canceled when the home and home broke up.

45-7 sounds about right
I hope this is your prediction. Texas saw a lot of these last week too

If Alabama did not have 100 yards in penalties, that prediction would have been close.

I have never seen or heard of any team with that many penalty yards winning the game.

Yet Alabama did

This about this phrase. Then think about why this one was canceled.

All the schedules are about to be wrecked due to realignment.

Uga cancels our game and you ask if we schedule quality non-conference?

You are a special kind of idiot

And OU is already scheduling at least one home and home in the SEC teams place

The more that I look at, it really means nothing about going to the SEC before 25. It is just cleaning up the home and home series' I am leaning toward it won't happen until 25

Yep. This is just routine house cleaning before the big move.

North Carolina and wake forest played a home and home non conference series even though they were conference opponents so lsu vs Oklahoma could play as a non conference series
