The league has produced 33 draft picks in the last three years alone, including 18 first-rounders and eight lottery picks. It doesn't appear to be slowing down anytime soon either as nearly 40 percent of the five-star prospects from the 2022 class are en route to SEC programs.

Pio, can you break this down by team for us?

I'll help you get started:

The state of SEC basketball has changed so much in the last 5-ish years. Long gone are the days of the SEC being a running joke getting 3 or 4 teams in the NCAA tournament.

Thank SOGgy

Your contributions to basketball threads really offset the laziness of pio, and it's appreciated.

And there have been several others who went undrafted who have made rosters. Guys like Trendon Watford, Stanley Umude and Scottie Pippen.

Good stuff Jorge. Thanks for breaking that down. I'm glad to see an influx of more serious basketball talent around the league. No reason the SEC can't be top dog in basketball in addition to football and baseball. The ACC hasn't been great in hoops lately frankly.
