SEC

*ATLANTIC*

Virginia
Clemson
Georgia
South Carolina
North Carolina

*HIGHLANDS *

Tennessee
Vanderbilt
Kentucky
Arkansas
Missouri

*GULF*

Florida
Florida State
LSU
Auburn
Alabama

*PLAINS*

Texas
Texas A&M
Oklahoma
Ole Miss
Mississippi State

Admittedly, As a Hog fan the Highland pod bores me but made since in my organizational method. I wouldn’t mind it as long as we could somehow play the horns and LSU in football every year..Our rivalry with Texas trans am and ole miss is good too tho. I wouldn’t want to lose those annual games.

Whoever runs this bracket would end being the SEC Champ more often than not in this format.

Whoever wins this division should automatically have a share of the national championship.

Counting FSU's natty, I think that makes 13 from this group this century.

Dear God I'm sure the rest of you would love to see this bracket beat up on themselves.

Expand the playoffs to 24 teams and I am good with it.

Another idea.

4 divisions. 4-1-4 schedule model (9 SEC games). The team on the right is the annual permanent opponent.

Oklahoma - Clemson
Texas - Notre Dame
Texas A&M - LSU
Arkansas - Ole Miss
Missouri - North Carolina

Alabama - Tennessee
LSU - Texas A&M
Auburn - Georgia
Ole Miss - Arkansas
Mississippi State - Vandy

Florida - FSU
Georgia - Auburn
Tennessee - Alabama
Kentucky - South Carolina
Vanderbilt - MSU

Notre Dame - Texas
Clemson - Oklahoma
FSU - Florida
North Carolina - Missouri
South Carolina - Kentucky

TV match-ups maximized.

I’d rather go join the failing Big 12 than sit through that. Give me an LSU, Ole Miss, A&M or Texas to break up the monotony.

I like that. Keep playing UT, Auburn, and LSU every year. I mean we can talk about traditional rivalries. But the best overall tv ratings for CBS the last 15 years, was usually Bama and LSU. Auburn/UGA get to keep their rivalry going. Yes this is the way, if they expand with these teams. It would cost the annual LSU/UF game. And I think there is little chance that ND would join the SEC.

Need to Group LSU, OM, MSu, with Texas A&M. Screw everybody else.

Maybe, just maybe some of Tobacco Road's BB prowess would rub off onto Georgia. Maybe.

Sure sounds as if the Gators are the ones who are scared, perhaps?
