SEC expansion was a mistake.

It’s hard enough herding the current members. Auburn lost their Florida and Tennessee rivalries over what? LSU is hardly ever been in the SEC....always been looking toward the SWC. Look how LSU obsesses over A&M. Could you imagine if Texas joined the league?

You hired Bryan Harsin as head football coach.

I can assure you LSU is very SEC centric

Last time I checked LSU is a charter member of the SEC

You really believe this alter is an Auburn fan?
Her last alters were banned. Hopefully this one is also.

Auburn is a mother fricking train wreck in every sport. If there's one school to kick out the SEC, it's easily Auburn. Sorry.

Oh look. Another Alabama clown just learned to post on Thursday.

Expansion was fine. Our continued partnership with ESPN is the mistake.

Adding Mizzou and Texas A&M made everyone involved a lot of money and the State of Texas recruiting pipeline has been a boon for everyone. LSU and Arkansas already got in there and Alabama had some in-roads before 2012…but it has helped LSU and Alabama improve their existing position and created opportunities for everyone else.
Sure, there could be some tweaks to the divisions but the biggest improvement would just be playing more SEC games every year. 12 teams with an 8 game schedule worked. 14 teams with a 8 game schedule does not work.

But then you wouldn't have Arkansas. NC in Basketball, runner up the next year. Making Kentucky step up their game and then Florida. Despite our 20 year walk through the valley of shite, our addition legitimized BB in the SEC and led to other schools stepping up. Add the elite 8 this year. A BCS bowl in football, one top five finish, but generally an automatic, but mostly respectable win for the big boys in football. Baseball team stepping up and becoming a regular at the CWS and helping fill the void of LSU and MSU being down for the time being.
SC has even added some NC's in baseball and a additional win for the football schools. Not to mention their loyal fanbase that turns out year after year. Hell, just because of our expansion ties and my dislike of everything Clemson, I pull for them anytime they're not playing Arkansas.
For those of you wanting better football schools, just remember, y'all mighta got someone that monkey stomps your asses ever year and didn't bring shite in other areas. Take A&M, they'll ruin some seasons, but haven't really won jack shite in anything. Same for Missouri.
First expansion lead to SEC being first and still only super-conference. Second? Meh. I think A&M would flourish away from Texas and challenge LSU and Bama year in and year out in football. They may just be jinxed. Have everything you could want to build a champion in every major sport. They just have never been able to pull it all together. Still might. Can't help but cheer for them due to SWC ties and them finally having the balls to tell Texas to kiss their arse.
