As much as I hate to admit it A&M is a good fit. It's Mizzou that feels weird. Of course, having them in the league is nice for an easy win in most sports most years.

Some people get it. Expansion would've about tv sets even in this streaming tv world. So you look for states we don't have a team in and go forth largest student/alumni base. The best would be NCstate and VTech. Since they would be hard press to get out of the acc, it won't happen.

Nobody "needs" Texas for recruiting. The Southeast is as large as Texas and puts out 3 times the athletes that Texas does. Texas is a luxury to some of these teams recruiting.

NC State and TCU hardly even adds their own local TV market. For that matter, Clemson doesn't either.
Would be a waste to add any of those teams. Maybe not Clemson in football for now

Virginia Tech and NC State are the only targets that make sense.
And no one is leaving.
This is the correct answer.
It also means Mizz would go to the West and our son's plea to move to the East ain't happenin'.

Yeah, we, ourselves, are heading back to the Southwest Conference, we just need Arkansas onboard
I'd still like to play y'all on an annual basis though. It's been a good rivalry for nearly eighty years.

Let’s look at it this way first.
Texas goes independent. Does this mean Nebraska, Mizzou and Colorado would go back to the big12? I doubt A&M would leave the SEC. that leaves the SEC with 3 spots.
I go after Virginia or VA Tech, NC State or UNC and OU.

Why move both Mississippi schools from west to east and vandy and Kentucky east to west? Just leave them be.

Expansion is ONLY about revenue.
Is that really needed in the SEC? We’re kicking azz in revenue. How about fan satisfaction. Why not add the University of Hawaii and the US Air Force Academy. Who wouldn’t want to travel to these two spots every or every other year? We would guarantee that all of their games are home games.
HAWAII
..
..
..
AND COLORADO SPRINGS
..
…
WE HAVE ALL ENJOYED THE TRAVEL DUE TO THE 2012 BLUNDER TO MIZZOU

AND aggy
BUT TRAVEL TO HAWAII AND COLORADO WOULD OFFSET THE 2012 BLUNDER

aggy is weird and not the best cultural fit for the conference, but they bring a lot of money and we’re finally starting to break them in
In another forty years they’ll have been one of the best expansions, you can’t leave them out
