With that said, the part I disagreed with you about is voting being an unalienable right. The language "unalienable rights" comes from the Declaration of Independence (which was great as it was, is nothing more that a well penned frick you letter to Great Britain) and not the US Constitution which is a legal document.

Fair point about the Declaration of Independence vs. the Constitution. I would counter with verbiage used in amendments 15, 19, 24, and 26.

AMENDMENT XV
Section 1. The right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of race, color, or previous condition of servitude

AMENDMENT XIX
The right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of sex.

AMENDMENT XXIV
Section 1. The right of citizens of the United States to vote in any primary or other election for President or Vice President, for electors for President or Vice President, or for Senator or Representative in Congress, shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or any State by reason of failure to pay poll tax or other tax.

AMENDMENT XXVI
Section 1. The right of citizens of the United States, who are eighteen years of age or older, to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of age.

Finally you're being honest about what you are trying to get at. The non-existent issue of "voting integrity".

In the case I linked above where a voter ID law was struck down as unconstitutional, the state of Kansas and Kris Kobach were unable to adequately prove there was a problem with in-person voter fraud.

Saban played politics and pissed off half the population and most of the south

Can’t imagine how much this is eating at the A1abana fan base. A third straight disappointing season and Sabah could be on his way out!

Voting is not a right

The founders did not let the unwise vote

So their constitution did not have voting as a right

The all men created equal was that they were all born has humans

No one is truly equal in abilities to another

Only certain abilities have equal rights to vote

What is that ability ??

It is logic ability that can predict correctly

The property test for voting was in reality as logjc test Women could own property but could not vote. Seen as less logical and more emotional which could be fooled more by crooks

Children was controlled to protect them their parents with no rights

Women was protected also for the same reason

Today we could go with the founders and save this nation if we had a logic ability test for voting

If not crooks will get elected and the nation will get over thrown by other nations

But Saban has made sports as a place for politics

He plays it against half the population that can make players lose a ton of money in the nfl

See those amendments

Starts out one way and then advances another way

What was the true intent of the founders ??

Clearly it was for only the most wise to vote and as years goes by there are changes that then brings us the the lowest IQs on record voting and with each cycle even lower record low IQs voting

That brings certain destruction in time

OR the same logic ability ....

Life experiences generally goes with age

The more older the more data and experiences to apply the logic to

So the most correct voters for a nations progress would be the older ones with logjc

So a logic test for voters with a

min age of 40 would bring the best progress for the nation

The founders would not let 18 to 21 year olds vote because of lack of experience

But would let them fight and die because
They youth energy was needed for battles

You've yet to be honest in this entire discussion. 11% of US Citizen don't have an ID? Please link. "Multiple reason" why
functioning US c8tizen don't have an ID?

Tell that to the folks in NJ LINK

BTW,"voter integrity" and "voter fraud" was all your side talked about in the 2000
election. What happened?

So once again tell me why you think it's perfectly fine to vote or register to vote
without any form of ID and I really GAS if
Kansas was able to prove their case.

Why is it so important to Dems to get people to vote who have no proof of citizenship? I think you know the answer.

Here's the original study from which the 11% derives:

CITIZENS WITHOUT PROOF: A SURVEY OF AMERICANS’ POSSESSION OF DOCUMENTARY PROOF OF CITIZENSHIP AND PHOTO IDENTIFICATION
LINK

Further supporting documentation:

- The 2001 Carter-Ford Commission on Election Reform found that between 6-11 percent of voting-age citizens lack driver’s license or alternate state-issued photo ID.

- A 2007 Indiana survey found that roughly 13 percent of registered Indiana voters lack an Indiana driver’s license or an alternate Indiana-issued photo ID.

- In a 2009 study in Indiana, Professors Matt Barreto, Stephen Nuño, and Gabriel Sanchez found that election restrictions like voter ID laws have the greatest impact on the elderly, racial and ethnic minorities, immigrants, those with less educational attainment and lower incomes. The professors found that of the citizen adult population, 81.4% of all white eligible adults had access to a driver’s license, whereas only 55.2% of black eligible adults had the same access. Indeed, study after study has similarly concluded that burdens to voting have a large and disparate impact on individuals with fewer resources, less education, smaller social networks, and those who are institutionally isolated.

- The 2007 study, Voter ID Requirements and the Disenfranchisement of Latino, Black, and Asian Voters, based on exit polls from the 2006 elections in California, New Mexico, and Washington State, found that minority voters are less likely than whites to be able to present photo identification.

- Many citizens who believe they have valid and sufficient photo IDs often do not. A national survey conducted after the November 2008 election found that 95% of respondents claimed to have a driver’s license, but 16% of those respondents lacked a license that was both current and valid. So of the of Americans who possess a photo ID, many lack proper identification that would enable to them to vote in elections under the new laws passed in Wisconsin, Kansas, Texas, South Carolina, and under legislation pending in many more states.

Now let's see your proof of rampant in-person voter fraud? Your link from above was about mail-in voter fraud which could not be prevented by a voter ID law.

Sankey came out and fussed at MS over the state flag, but has yet to comment on the GA state flag. Dude is a pathetic hypocrite.

Red & White parallel bars is somewhat generic and not easily associated with the loser confederacy like the battle flag is

No one has ever photographed the CSA Flag at a klan rally or lynching, the battle flag has been, numerous times throughout history

Huge difference

And as I have proven with photographic evidence in past threads, the Klan has also flown the US flag at many of their rallies, old and recent.

I will never understand why one person's negative use of rebel flag cancels my and other positive, non hateful uses of the flag. Maybe had you grown up before it was so demonized, you would understand that it was simply another Southern symbol. It was even used by Civil Rights organizations AND the Clinton campaign in 92!

You refuse to see any virtue (decentralized power, protection against punitive anti Southern tariffs. etc.) in what the South tried to do when it seceded. You pretend it was ALL about slavery and that the North (which also had slave states, forced child labor, and genocide of the Native American) was goodness and light. It is beyond absurd.

But you are missing something

Just because some don’t have ids does not make their voting my mail equal to ones going to vote

Lost in the mail can happen Or stolen ?

Or does not have the interest

So the mail in ballots should not be equal to the in place voting

Or you are blind to the truth

This is the big news

As the wise founders said there never was a democracy that didn’t commit suicide

The left for sure have committed suicide with those crazy riots and by lowering the logic level of the liberal voters over the years
