No, TCU and WVU are favorites.

Some of these lines are like WTF... ole miss giving 3 to TCU?.... auburn damn near a TD over Wisconsin?... and I don't get how USCe is favored over Miami.
Auburns motivation, or lack there of, versus wisconsins motivation makes the outback impossible to predict IMO.
