Rodriguez, Achane, Gibbs. Bigsby.

Who else? Milton? Evans?

Last year stats added:

Rodriguez: 223 carries / 1379 / 6.1
Gibbs: 143 carries / 746 / 5.2 (GT)
Bigsby: 223 carries / 1099 /4.9
Evans: 92 carries/ 648 / 7.0 (TCU)
Achange: 130 carries / 910 / 7.0
Milton: 56 carries / 264 / 4.7

Edit: I though Gibbs had bigger numbers than that.

But they still might be really good backs.

Is it really just not possible to even begin to have a normal football discussion on this board?

Is Rodriguez cleared to play? Didn't he get a dui in the off-season? Total Homer here but if Jabari small can stay healthy he is a very solid back.

I think people are overlooking Evans and overhyping Gibbs.

UGA is going with our split carries approach. Milton will be the workhorse (Chubb) and McIntosh will be the flash (Michel). The buzz is around McIntosh right now (similar to Michel).
With the split duties, I don't know how the conference will notice (NFL should. But I doubt media and coaches give the Dawgs a lot of all conference votes)

Edit to add: this may be our best run blocking OL for Kirby. Like every season, staying healthy is difficult with 5.

I didn’t know that.

It is exhausting sometimes. I wish we had an adult board for people that like to just talk about football without flinging shite everywhere. God knows the moment that exist the shite flingers will come in groves because they don't get enough attention in their real lives.

OP listed 6 backs, only one of whom was an A&M back, and a guy who clearly and without rational debate belongs in the conversation of best SEC running backs.

.
I started with Ole Miss and Bama.

But I follow the spring, summer, and fall reports religiously for UGA. I was just adding context.

I take it as a given that posters are going to know more about their own teams. I appreciated your post.

Some speculation came across yesterday that he'll be out 3-4 games as a result. So he likely won't get the season-long numbers like he did last season, but will still be solid when he comes back.

Look for Smoke, McClain, and Jefferson (transfer) to carry that load by committee while he's out. Both Smoke and McClain are solid so I don't expect much fall off.

A lot of people think so. He’s clearly talented and is playing in an offense that has proven itself.

Bijan Robinson, by the way, is pretty clearly a phenomenal back. He should have gone somewhere that had people who could block for him.

Scangarello made it sound like he didn't have as much faith in Juhtahn in his presser the other day. I don't know, I have faith in Smoke for sure. I just want this CRod saga to be over. Best RB in the league, we need him out there!

For what it is worth, A&M insiders are saying Achane (along with freshmen WR Evan Stewart) looks amazing. I think Achane is going to get fed the ball a lot, both running and catching.

You ever checked out how many forums there are on this website? Must be about 50 including food, travel, home and garden etc. Seems like a forum for civil discussion of SEC football would be very active.
