This weekend can only tell you if they're not back. Beating/sweeping this MSU team will not tell you that you're back. They're worse than last year (somehow)

100% agree.
The midweek loss up at Charlotte is a case study of our deep seated concerns. The loss at Kentucky in 2011 or 2012 is another. The loss to Navy in '84. The loss to Furman in the Sweet Sixteen in 71 or 72. These are just a few of the reasons we are gunshy as a fanbase.
