the Gators have not lost a weekend series all year

UGA has won 6 in a row

if the Dawgs can win this series, that would PROBABLY lock down a national hosting seed

go Dawgs

Info on the game:

Pitching Matchups: UGA at Florida
Fri. at 6:30ET/7:30CT: Chase Adkins (5-0, 4.12 ERA), RHP, Sr. vs. Brady Singer (10-1, 2.33 ERA), RHP, Jr.
Sat. at 1ET/2CT: Emerson Hancock (6-3, 4.09 ERA), RHP, Fr. vs. Jackson Kowar (8-2, 2.80 ERA), RHP, Jr.
Sun. at 1ET/2CT: Kevin Smith (6-1, 3.55 ERA), LHP, Jr. vs. Jack Leftwich (4-2, 3.96 ERA), RHP, Fr.

Also, for anyone who thinks this will be a walkover by the Gators, take a look at last year's series.

LAST YEAR VS. THE DAWGS
GAME 1 Florida 6, Georgia 4
UF trailed 4-3 heading to the ninth but the Gators scored
three runs in their last at bat and Michael Byrne worked
a scoreless inning for the save. Florida tied the game on
a wild pitch then added two insurance runs on a pair of
bases loaded walks.
GAME 2 Florida 6, Georgia 3
Once again, the Gators had to come from behind, trailing
3-1 until the seventh. UF plated five runs in the top of the
seventh and Florida held on for the win. Brady Singer went
8.0 innings and picked up the win while Byrne recorded
the save.
GAME 3 Florida 4, Georgia 3
Florida led 4-0 until the eighth when UGA scored a pair of
runs and threatened to tie the game. Michael Byrne recorded
a four-out save for his third save of the weekend.

I am getting a little sick of Georgia. To say that you are having a good year vs UF is a vast understatement. A beat down in football, 2 wins in basketball, our only series loss in softball including a run rule, and now you are in 2nd place in baseball having you best season in years. If we lose this series I give up. That said, your team is talented and scrappy, so it wouldn't surprise me if you do win. It is hard as hell to not lose a series all year. It should make for great baseball.

Congrat's on a great sports year UGa, now that'll be quite enough.

That's because you have the attention span of a 2 year old.

For what it's worth, I think y'all are hands down the best team in the SEC and possibly the country. I'd be happy if we can take 1 game in this series.

I think we have a great team, but great teams lose all the time. As much as I love UGa sucking at baseball every year, with y'all being good it makes the game way more exciting to watch. I wouldn't mind seeing us compete with top ten teams in all sports to show the country what a great rivalry Fla/Ga is. We don't seem to have good teams at the same time very often.

Florida will likely blow us out at least twice. There will be one close game in this series that I give us a 33% chance of winning.

I'm hoping for 1 win. We aren't gonna win the series but if we can get 1 and then take 2 at home from arkansas I'll feel good about our posteason outlook.

So streaming? Why the frick would they not broadcast those games? And every game that has any kind of meaning this late in the season?

What are they putting on? Equestrian?
