The B1G has possibly already sent feelers to BR to gauge LSU's interest if it were to happen. Our leaders would be idiots not to find out.

There's no way LSU is getting kicked out of the conference. Not when the reason appears to be because their coach is an arse-clown.
It's true he's an arse-clown but he's not the first arse-clown coach who has "failed to represent the highest ethical standards..." etc etc.
Additionally the LSU administration will not die on this hill. They'll make amends, perhaps pay some penance, and then we can all continue laughing at the squeal-like-a-pig inbreds from the swamps (who won't stop moving to Texas despite how much they say they hate Texas).

Meh…if it’s proven that LSU is in breach, kinda of hard to counter sue on this issue.
But none of this is gonna happen. LSU will pay a fine, kiffin might get suspended for a couple of games and life will go on.

Neither is Nebraska. LSU would possibly be the biggest get in the expansion era.

Oh yeah man. Like I said, they’re absolutely going to inquire about it. They would be absolute morons not to. The amount of money that LSU could bring to the Big Ten would be extremely substantial when calculating viewership, brand, etc… I just don’t think it would ever happen. Mainly bc LSU is not an AAU card carrying member. Nebraska is the loan exception to that Big Ten rule, but the offer had already been made to Nebraska, when the AAU decided to strip them of membership. I don’t know if that’s been rectified yet or not on Nebraska’s part, but that would be the main point that would keep the Big Ten from acquiring LSU.

First, they can’t prove that, because they aren’t. LSU has not broken any rule to this point. But secondly, that would not stop an antitrust lawsuit from going forward. You need to do a little research on this, and understand that the likelihood of an LSU victory on an antitrust and breach of contract lawsuit is about 80%. I personally think it’s about 90-95%, if LSU files in the correct federal district(s). And I believe they would. However, they wouldn’t put all their eggs in one basket. They would fight the immediate charges in Baton Rouge Federal Court, but would likely file the main bulk of the antitrust and breach of contract suits in the northern District of California. Why? Because that district has a long history of eviscerating companies, tech giants, social media enterprises, and other entities in regards to antitrust.

Not until after the invitation was already made, but they still decided to honor it. I believe there was a lot of embarrassment on their part, but they took it like champs, and honored the agreement anyway.
