6. Texas A&M - Kyle Field
7. Georgia - Samford

In-state talent: The quality of high school recruits that are predisposed to come play for the football program.
1. LSU
2. Georgia
3. Florida
4. Texas A&M
5. Tennessee
6. Alabama
7. Ole Miss
8. Mizzou
9. Auburn
10. Arkansas

14. Miss St

State underranked here, both compared to Ole Miss and some other SEC schools. OM does not dominate State for in-state talent, and Mississippi's in-state talent is better than a few other SEC states.

State's stadium is pretty good and our in-game atmosphere is very good now. The stadium may seat fewer than others, but can be louder due to the cowbells and our crowd. Our crowd gets into the game (yelling/ringing for average plays vs just clapping at some schools). The tailgating at State is pretty good, too. We had many complements from the ESPN Gameday crew.

I would like to add that I imagine the coaches and players care very little about the tailgating. The most they see of it is walking the team through to the stadium.

And the coaches love the towns so much that most of them choose to live out of town. Coaches also don't care how many bars a town has. May help them recruit, but they don't go to them. So 'nightlife' is way overrated in determining how good a job is for a coach.

The posters here love to talk about their bars but also ignore that their college towns have a lot more murders, robberies, bad traffic, etc.

LSU #9 most dangerous campus

If we want to talk about fans who show up when shite isn't going well, South Carolina has to be Top 5. I've seen them absolutely pack it in when there's been some awful arse football on the field. Gotta give credit where credit is due on this one.

I went to high school in Myrtle Beach and have gone to several USC games and to Columbia many more times than that. I stand by my rankings.

So marginally better results in a limited timeframe? He had the best player that will probably ever come through the school and peaked at what? 3rd in the west? He's also not beaten LSU since you like to cherry pick stats about H2H.

Meh. It was a Big 12 roster.

If rather coach at A&M over LSU. Half of LSU fans want their good coach fired. Sumlin got a fat contract with a fraction of the results
I see what you did there

Storied tradition, 100,000+ stadium, rabid fan base, 2nd winningest program in SEC, top 10 winningest in CFB, (all of those despite past decade), tops athletic facilities, great location for recruiting, well recognized national brand, heavy focus on athletics especially football, etc... Pretty easy to say UT is a top location for a coach to land in the SEC.
