He's not. I would assume Derrick Raymond is. He won the LA State High School Track Championship in the 100 meters last year in 10.52.

Idk freshman are included or next year A&M commit Alex Sezar would be there. He's a big time track recruit that committed to A&M for football

Sylve is faster than everyone on that list, Landon Collins is faster than half of them, so is dee milliner. It looks like an uneducated guess.

I don't see how the people who "missed the cut" are faster then the guys who made the cut. Perkins isn't as fast as Jameon Lewis, and Jeff Scott should be on this list somewhere.

Alex Sezar ran a 4.26 on the track at the a&m camp this summer. Needless to say, he was so fast that the coaches made an offer that week. It was also based on his performance at cam on the defensive side of the ball. He is only a 2 star on rivals, but the dude can fly.
