Stanford 26, Kansas State 23. That'll be a much, much closer game than the point spread (Stanford -15.5)

Auburn's quarterback situation worries. But I hope you are right, I really do.

Heat is going to play a factor in the 2:30 game.

Aggies are gonna take over in the 2nd half.

I was in San Bernadino last week. No way practicing there prepares you for Texas heat.

I lived in Texas for 13 years, and you are right. Texas summers are brutal. Look for a bunch of UCLA players on the training table.

Wisconsin beats LSU. God, I hope that happens. That will make my Monday enjoyable. LSU fans thinks the game will be a cakewalk but I got news for you, it's not.

For SEC, I got FSU beating Ole Miss by 10 or more.

For the country, I have Texas beating ND.

There will be several "wow look at that score" games this weekend. I wish I knew which ones.

I can see this. App State has a solid team....and if they make it close it would be the best thing for Tennessee. Might get them refocused and get their minds off the lofty predictions they've been seeing.

Probably not a surprise but WV will skullfrick, then drag missou out back and make them protest the beatdown.

UT 24-17 ND

The media is ready to claim UT is back, they just need a reason.

A&M whipping UCLA wouldn't surprise me.
I don't think the Aggies will be very good this season (as compared to recently), but it seems like Sumlin gets them started hot every season. And if UCLA isn't ready for that offense, it could get ugly quickly.

Like any nervous Tiger fan, I'm worried about LSU-Wisconsin at Lambeau; it has the environment for an upset and the Tigers might be distracted after the flooding. But Miles thrived the last time there was a local disaster, and the team is loaded; I think LSU ultimately wins in a methodical manner.

I HOPE USC-Bama is a tight game, and not to slight Bama: I think it would be good for the game for the Trojans to step back up. I don't know if they are ready to or not.

I don't know if Ole Miss can sustain for 4 quarters against FSU, we'll see.

Auburn-Clemson might be a lot closer than anyone expects, because it isn't just a big game opener, it's got a rivalry aspect. That's the game I suspect will turn heads.
