Mr Crow was a real football player, real man, Louisiana bred and born, and didn't make an absolute fool of himself post-A&M playing career.

I'm not directly related but I have some mutual cousins. I knew him when he was coaching in Monroe but I never saw him past the early 80s.

* They have an awesome Archery Tournament setup. (I've shot in Tournaments there when I lived in Houston)

* They have a very entertaining and unique Marching Band.

* The A & M campus is not far from Sodalak's Restaurant in Snook. (Awesome Chicken Fried Steak and CF Bacon)

* They help keep the Astroglide Company in business.

They have hands down the best vet school in Texas. Bevo needs looking after from time to time, you know.

They have well above average Engineering schools. Petroleum, Nuclear, and Ag engineering come to mind.

It’s very considerate and progressive that they don’t objectify women by using them as cheerleaders.
