When he spoke with Shula he was very emotional when he had to tell Shula no.

Tebow may have liked Shula, and Shula is a nice guy, but he would have floundered in college coming to Bama. However, that spread offense he worked on for four years under Meyer is doing him no favors now in the NFL.

Oh I already knew about that.

Tim is a good kid. the NFL is very fortunate to have someone like that to be a role model.

if Tebow went to Bama, Shula keeps his job at Bama for a while. mediocrity continues, no Nick Saban.
and UF doesn't win 06 and 08 NC without Tebow
Shula and Cracker Barrel are responsible for 4 SEC NC's. I'm going to go have an Uncle Herschel special.

UA and UF fans will probably agree that it turned out best for both schools.

Shouldn't have counted. Tebow walked. Look at the film.
Great story. The Mrs and my daughter absolutely love Tebow. Prior to last year they couldn't have given two rips about the NFL.Now all of the sudden they're huge Denver fans.

As for Mich, he said that they were eliminated for distance and for the fact that the girls were not as pretty up there
He didn't know that before visiting Michigan?
Good read roadGator

You don't call traveling at that point in the game. Besides, he was fouled and would have made all 6 free throws.

And that's why Shula would have never won a BCS Championship.

Odd choice of words to describe a starting qb in the NFL.
