Thomas is giving us nothing, Knox having a tough game. TOs and missed FTs aside, we’d be in the game.
Just not a great night against a really good team.
Our biggest problem is Wagner is the exact same players he’s always been. Guys like Sharp just get better.
Need Billy back in the game.

Brazile not being allowed to get into the flow of the game really hurt. We're missing his production badly.

Good win for State over Memphis. I know they are now 4-7 but typically they are very good year in and year out.
Still have a long way to go climb out of the hole we are in. But we are playing a bit better.
SEC play will tell the tale though the conference is markedly down this year from last year. And that was to be expected.

Houston is 181st in the country in PPG and is close to putting 100 on us. Our defense is arse.

I have a problem with Brazile only playing 21 minutes in this game. If I were a reporter I would ask Cal why he decided to limit Brazile’s minutes.

There was a 5 minute period in the first half that we were rattled and fell apart. That was the difference. Houston is a better team right now but we learn some things tonight. Still have a very high ceiling.
