I hope he does. He has played against much tougher teams. Kansas and Kentucky beat Duke and are not leading their respective conferences.

People falling in love with the story instead of looking at the full picture. Flagg's numbers were always going to be huge in what is arguably the worst ACC we've seen in a couple decades. Meanwhile, Broome is doing what he's doing in a historic SEC on a bum ankle with nowhere near the whistle that Flagg gets.
ETA: The Cooper Flagg POTY campaign has more to do with Gameday going to that game today than anything else.

You're going to have some bad games with bottom tier teams. It happens but Carolina is winless in conference for a reason.
