Mizzou beating Georgia yesterday is pretty much the last nail in the coffin for the Mississippi schools

If DVH doesn’t get SEC Coach of the Year, with all of our injuries, they need to stop awarding it altogether.

Woooo pig.

Arkansas has such a scrappy bunch this year. So many injuries, yet guys continue to step up when called upon. Josenberger returned yesterday. Hopefully Wegner returns next weekend. Stovall May be back by NCAAt time.

Hard to believe a team that lost its Friday night starter, a top bullpen arm for the season, it’s best overall pitcher for 3/4 of the year, it’s best pure hitter for half the league season, starting 2B for last half of season, and it’s starting CF for 3 weekends, is still sitting at 18-7 with 5 league games left.

Maybe this is the year…I dunno…but a fun group to watch for sure.

We are treading water as NCAA entry is concerned. Not sure where the national optimism is coming from but we’ve got to win at least 2 more conference games and got run ruled last night by a bad Mizzou squad with LSU waiting next week.

Sometimes teams have the leadership in place and they know how to win games. They just do what it takes.

I firmly believe that’s the problem at UT, too many new faces/roles with no established on the field leader personalities.

Which makes the job DVH has done this year seem even more incredible. There are 2 starters that returned from last years squad in the lineup.

Auburn had its top pitcher out for all but 5 innings and top 3 of 4 position players out for a big chunk of time this year and none of them in an opening series against Arky in which they got swept. Butch has done an incredible job with this team

Dollander looks like last years version. Gave up a solo Homer through four innings.
