2 run homer for Georgia. I may have jinxed us.

Edit: add a solo homer. Georgia leads 3-2.

why didn't Beam start? Isn't he the 3rd day starter?

I couldn't be a pitcher. Not just because I can't pitch worth a shite, even if I was any good, I would get too aggravated out there on the mound.

I think they are trying to get Beam some rest and relief experience. I wouldn't be surprised to see him next inning.

Not really shocked rebs win game 1.

That’s our calling card.

Then we lose games 2 and 3

Typically the opposite here. LSU usually wins games 1 and 3.

I asked because I saw Kirby warming up in the pen. Didn't see Beam.

You're probably right though in that Beam is getting some rest

This UGA pitcher has been really good at times but really inconsistent.

A bit outside but I guess.

2 strikeouts, a walk, and another strikeout. Close, but no cigars.

VOLS tied it up with a run walked in, but left 3 on.

Kirby is in. He's looked pretty good the last few outings.

with Game 1 in the books, and the Rebels launching missiles out of the Box early game 2, very likely that LSU is finna get swept this weekend.
