Burrow basically beat this same Bama team last year in their own stadium.

Texas was a harder game for us.

Alabama had a great team. It's just a shme that it conicided with a world wide pandemic that kept many of the best players around the nation from playing. Simply put, there was too much uncertainty.

20 years from now the only folks who will be touting this Bama team as the greatest, will be Bama fans.

Book it.

Name for us, specifically, which players missed playing against Alabama that tested positive for the Coronavirus.

Why, then, did you link an article doing exactly that?

I bet you do. Daddy taught you well in how to run away from an arse whooping.

Lol. 2018 LSU was closer to being 2019 LSU than 2019 Bama was to 2020 Bama.

See, we can all say dumb things. Year to year comparisons are dumb

I mean, Mac Jones just had the highest rated season for a QB in college football history, but you do you.

Oof. A 7-5 Texas team was a hard win for 2019 LSU?

And you want us to believe they are the best team of all time?

These mf'ers are so damned insecure that it not even funny... You people had your time in the spotlight and what did you do with it?? You ACTUALLY went to the White House and danced to "get the gat"!!! A song about getting a gun... LMFAO!!! IF Saddam Hussein were the president you'd all be prison(thinking that was code for an assassination plot).. SMH... Would it be deserved? Absolutely not... Would I be embarrassed if Bama's or ANYONE else's, a resounding yes...

After completing what WAS, and I believe the GOAT season, you embarrassed yourselves with what looked like an African tribal dance(looked like that ceremony from Coming to America) and you continue by living in 2019..

All kidding aside, the more you all scream for attention and relevancy TODAY, the more you embarrass yourselves... I mean that sincerely...

As a matter of fact, let's all concede that the 2019 was the GOAT... I find it odd that this team was an absolute disaster (with the exception of your last 2 games, Covid (the lamest "pandemic" IN THE HISTORY OF MANKIND) supposedly decimated LSU, but no other teams are using that excuse, then you have a mass exodus of your best players and your coaches move on... Sounds to me like most of the team didn't really give a fu$k about your University or your team... You had a team full of selfish pussies and mercenaries that jumped ship.

GOAT season, hey you have a strong case.. But it's over.. Its been over for more than a year now... And maybe just MAYBE, your entire organization has been so focused on last year, it may have taken the stung out of the arse kickings (Which were MANY) that you all received last year... Guess perpetual losers, who actually have the potential to be potentially dominant, behave..

You just wrote a crappy novel to try and convince LSU fans that your asterisk team was better than the greatest of all time, LSU 2019. That is the most insecure gump shite ever.

On an LSU site nonetheless.

Nobody beats Burrow....

2020 Bama also had a way better offensive line. 2019 LSU had an average offensive line (Ranked 30th by PFF with below average sack rates allowed) that was propped up by historically great QB play and incredible skill position players. Bama's skill position players weren't quite as good as LSU's but they were a much more complete unit.

what are you quoting here? This is not from the article you linked that I can see. I also don't see any tweet like this on Yahoo sports twitter from Friday. This sounds made up quite frankly. Besides lsu, I can't think of any team that had more than one or two out when we played them. 24% of 22 starters is 5.28. Feel free to list the starters than were out for each team when bama played them
