Ask all the former Falcon players he coached & then bailed on without any face to face interaction. He simply wrote a note for each player & put the notes in their lockers.

Not so sure about that. Didn't piggy AD announce they couldn't compete financially in todays football world ? I think that was OSUs problem after ole Boone passed onto glory, and a sore subject for Gruden.
