That’s counting the Covid 2020 year where Arkansas got completely screwed by the SEC by making us play Georgia and Florida with a new coach QB, everything.

Drink had the same deal, with a harder schedule and still went 5-5

They get to 6+ wins he's 100% getting another year.

5-7 I think it's still more likely than not he gets 1 more.

Less than 5 most likely he's gone. 3-9 should 100% seal it.

He should beat State and FIU to get to 4. I think they can win 2 of 5 against A&M, Ole Miss, Auburn, Florida, and Missouri to get to 6.

Did Pittman as an OL coach win a championship at UGA?

He probably comes back if they go 5-7 but he doesn't survive another losing season.

Pretty sad Arkansas has a good QB and RB and everyone is talking of a losing season.

Arkansas should be careful running off a guy who can get them to 7-5 consistently. That’s about the norm for the program.

Otherwise you make a bad hire and end up in the 3-9 dumps all over again.

Go 7-5. Beat LSU every 3 years in your Super Bowl to go 8-4. That’s the Arkansas life. Should be happy.

Bobby years were lightning in a bottle.

I think the context in how it happens is ultimately what matters. If we keep shooting ourselves in the foot and losing close games to a 5-7 record I don't think many changes are made. If the team quits on him he'd be in trouble.

Given the same resources, what would Smart's record there be?

It wasn’t fair but I believe they used the previous years standings and matched the worst teams with the best in cross division

The amount of pre-snap penalties that team had last night was shocking, especially on the o-line moving at a defense shifting parallel to the line.

As opposed to shifting vertically to the line?

drink took over a team that was bowl eligible each year before he arrived and had enough talent to carry him to 5 wins before he took them to consecutive losing seasons.

Sam took over a team that had won 1 SEC game in the previous 3 years and won 3 conference games. He followed it up with a 9-4 season which included a bowl win over pedo state.

Then rode an injury laden team to a 7-6 record including a bowl win over a team drink chickened out of playing and went to Florida for an arse whipping against, I think, wake forest…

The jury is still out on this year but I wouldn’t trade coaches no matter the outcome.

Heaven forbid they not take you starting a new qb into account when scheduling a conference game
